I am a male student (graduating this year) going to U of Winnipeg. Looking for a roommate for my basement suite. Must be friendly, mature, clean, and responsible, yet easy-going and fun. No-pets and smoking allowed. Full-time student or working professional, please.
The house is located in River Heights (71 Cordova Street) between Academy road and Wellington Crescent. Friendly, safe neighborhood, Close to Polo Park, Grant Park, and Assiniboine Park, and not far from Osborne Village. If you have other small kitchen/dining room/living room items, I can make room (and there is a small storage room), but there isn't space for any large furniture.
The available room and complete suite is totally furnished and rent is $475 per month. The rent includes: utilities, cable, and Internet, laundry.
For students:
Approximately 20 minute drive to either U of M campuses or 15 minute drive to U of W.
Nearby bus routes: 18, 66, 78.
