We are subletting our apartment at 2425 Portage Ave./St. James area (Stratcona Apartment). This is a great apartment at a great price for only $955 a month. Price includes a water and heat. Our average hydro bill was about $18-20 per month. Apartment is close to schools, grocery stores, restaurants, church and bus stops. A minute away to Assiniboine Park.
This has been a great apartment for the 3 years that we have spent here. Great location, great price and a great on-site resident manager who has always been very helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance requests.
We will be moving in September 30, so there is potential to move in before October 1. The lease that you would be taking over ends July 31, 2016.
